Yuntdağ carpet is a type of hand-woven carpet produced in the Yuntdağ region of Manisa. These carpets usually have a dense knot density and their main colors are cherry red, dark blue and natural buff. The motifs used in the production ofYuntdağ carpetsare simple and consist of various geometric shapes, which distinguishes them from other Anatolian carpets. These carpets, woven especially under the influence of Yoruk culture, are produced with the traditional Turkish knot technique.
